Straight answers

No. You join a monthly plan and leave whenever you want, from your own dashboard. A traditional office asks for a guarantor and a lock-in; here you pay for the month you used.

On plans that include a business address, yes. The location provides the proof your accountant asks for, and any mail that arrives is logged and flagged to you.

Your plan includes a package of hours each month, deducted when you book. Hours reset on the first of the month and do not roll over — if they run out, you keep booking and pay the hourly rate.

Find that location in the app and book with the same account. Those bookings are charged separately, because your hour package belongs to your home location.

You can, and that's what the public calendar is for: publish a link with your services and hours, and your client picks a slot. The room is booked on your account.
